Who we are
Cabinello provides an online kitchen design tool to cabinet dealers and design centers (“dealers”). Homeowners use it on a dealer’s website. For homeowner data the dealer is the controller and Cabinello is its processor; for dealer account data Cabinello is the controller.
What we collect from homeowners
The room they describe or upload, their design choices, what they write to the designer, and the contact details they choose to leave (name, email, optionally phone and ZIP code).
How it is used
To produce their design and quote, and to pass both to the dealer whose website they are on so that dealer can follow up. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
AI processing
Floor plans and designer conversations are processed by our AI provider to produce the design. They are not used to train that provider’s models.
Retention and deletion
Dealers control how long leads are kept. Homeowners can ask the dealer, or us, to delete their information at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information. Contact privacy@cabinello.example.
